4. DATA STORAGE AND PROTECTION

- 4.2 Data Residency: Your data may be stored on servers located outside of Australia. By using the App, you consent to this cross-border transfer, provided the storage provider adheres to strict security and privacy standards.
- 4.3 Transient System Processing: When receipts are processed by our automated systems, the data is treated as transient for the purpose of extraction. We employ protocols to ensure that your financial data is not utilised to train global models.
5. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only disclose your data to:
- 5.1 Service Providers: Third-party vendors who provide our cloud infrastructure and AI processing capabilities, all of whom are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

- 6.2 Permanent Deletion: When you delete a record or your entire account, we purge the associated data and images from our active cloud storage within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention requirements or technical backup cycles.
